Tawny Casa de Mouraz der vokser på sand- ogInfantado's regular Tawny follows the house's traditional Douro style: it is produced and aged exclusively on the quinta in small casks, giving it a more vinous and less sugary profile than many base tawnys. Fermentation is allowed to run a little longer, so the wine naturally becomes a bit drier, and the subsequent barrel aging gives the characteristic oxidative notes, but still with a focus on freshness and structure a hallmark of Infantado's
