The wine is an excellent example of GlenWood Vineyards' craftsmanship and is only available in a limited production run of 1,300 bottles. Vinification and aging The grapes were carefully handpicked at a ripeness of 23. 8Brix and fermented with 50% whole bunches in small open vats. During fermentation, the
