2022, Les Etapes Blanc de blanc douglasgranLes tapes is an elegant Pinot Noir project created by Franois Grinand, former pianist and now passionate natural winemaker in Bugey. After spontaneous, full grain fermentation in fibre tanks, the wine is aged for 1215 months in used French oak barrels.
