Barbera d’Alba Superiore DOC 2022 Le More Bianche Friulano fiori di campoSelection of Barbera grapes from older, higher quality vineyards. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats, followed by aging in four different materials. The largest portion ages in oak barrels, which imparts roundness, balanced by a small percentage aged in acacia barrels and another small percentage in Tava, and an equal amount in ceramic, which amplify the fruity notes.
