At LS Tuition, we provide a carefully structured Virtual Learning experience that supports each child's learning, wherever they are.
Our qualified LS Tuition Tutors use our Virtual Learning Classroom – a fully interactive space where students and tutors can collaborate in real time using shared resources, tools, and teaching materials.
At LS Tuition our Virtual Learning experience is designed to maintain the same structure, clarity, and quality as our in-person lessons. As the world continues to evolve, we ensure out approach evolves alongside it, allowing students to feel supported, engaged, and confident in their learning wherever they are.
Our Virtual Learning Classroom Includes:
- Students and tutors can see and hear each other throughout the lesson, as well as having a virtual 'workspace' which both can use to interact in real time.
- Tutors can upload documents to the workspace, allowing both tutors and students to work on a wide range of learning activities including Maths and Numeracy problems, Reading, Writing, Spelling, and many other collaborative tasks.
- Tutors can use a special 'pointer' feature to alert students to specific parts of each resource at any given moment.
- Tutors can upload a range of resources including Word documents, PDF files, PowerPoints, and educational videos.
- Tutors can download and save documents from the classroom, which both tutors and students can then access for homework purposes, re-upload to the following lesson's classroom, and continue in the next session.
- Both students and tutors can 'screen share', allowing additional resources to be viewed from each other's devices.
- The classroom offers a wide range of accessible tools, allowing both student and tutor to write and draw on the screen, zoom in and out for ease of writing and reading, use various mathematical tools (such as shapes and measuring tools), highlight and erase, and access a range of other features - all of which are simple enough for children to use independently.
